Murder & Mayhem in Amarillo

This week on Ten Minutes with Jim, we continue our alphabetical odyssey on Route 66 with Amarillo and a sordid tale of murder, intrigue, sex, and fugitives from 1949. Tex Thornton was a larger than life legend and his murder in a motel along Route 66, the search for the killers, and the trial dominated headlines throughout the nation.
