It is the most famous ghost town on Route 66. The story of Two Guns, Arizona perched on the edge of picturesque Canyon Diablo is a tale of murder, colorful characters, grifters, and pioneers. And it is a microcosm of the hard scrabble life lived in the desert southwest during the early 20th century.
On today's program we visit with archivist Sean Evans, a leading expert on the history of Two Guns. Join us for a fun filled, lively, smile inducing and road trip inspiring conversation. And for good measure we even slip in a bit of Hollywood history that includes Route 66, classic roadside attractions and Kirk Douglas.
